Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vasya Galushky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hank Taylor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vasya Galushky! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taylor digs a good hook to Galushky's body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Galushky is defended easily by Taylor. Galushky shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Taylor pinned against the cage. Taylor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Taylor!
It looks like Vasya Galushky has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Taylor throws a combination. Galushky tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Taylor misses with an attempted mid kick.
Galushky shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Taylor sprawls well. Taylor wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Galushky gets slowly back to his feet. Hank Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vasya Galushky. Taylor scores with a decent looking hook.
That has opened up Vasya Galushky's cut even more. Galushky looks gassed! Galushky dodges the punch combination from Taylor.
Galushky is trying desperately to land a takedown but Taylor is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Galushky. Taylor stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Taylor wants it to stay on the feet. Taylor scores with a one two! Galushky had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Taylor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Galushky.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Taylor throws a right hand that Galushky ducks under and follows up with a left that Galushky also avoids with ease. Galushky fails with a takedown attempt. Vasya Galushky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Taylor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A combination from Taylor does no damage. Taylor rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Galushky moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Galushky shoots for a takedown but Taylor saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Taylor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Galushky feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Galushky is fighting to break Taylor's control of his arms but Taylor is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Galushky showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Taylor scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
The cut above Vasya Galushky's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Taylor misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Taylor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Galushky circles away quickly and effectively. Taylor throws a series of punches but Galushky moves out of range. Galushky tries to score a power double leg takedown but Taylor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Galushky somewhat. Taylor pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Taylor wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Taylor lets loose with a powerful body kick. Galushky will feel that in the morning. Galushky with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Taylor to score with a decent uppercut. A nice combination there by Taylor.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Taylor lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Vasya Galushky's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Vasya Galushky's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
