PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mark Barrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Bailey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Phil Bailey will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Barrock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Phil Bailey!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barrock shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bailey as he avoids it easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Bailey jumps guard and drags Barrock to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Barrock stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bailey swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Barrock might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Mark Barrock.
