The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lara misses with a takedown attempt - Koscheck sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lara has a takedown stuffed.
Koscheck shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lara counters with a nice leg kick.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lara.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexander Lara. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Koscheck avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lara cracks Koscheck with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Koscheck closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lara circles away.

and Lara counters with a three punch combo that has Koscheck backing up. Koscheck nods at Lara to acknowledge the strikes.

Lara throws a combination. Koscheck tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Koscheck is rocked!
Koscheck shoots and misses
and Lara connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Koscheck is still on wobbly legs! Can Lara finish him?
Lara works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Lara lands a really nice looking cross but Koscheck seems unphased.
Koscheck looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Lara!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Koscheck! Lara is hurt baaadly! Koscheck is firing away with more strikes - Lara is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
