And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki darts in and clinches Lopes up against the ropes.
Aoki misses with an elbow over the top.
Lopes wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Aoki softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes.
It looks like Pedro Lopes has been cut.
Lopes wants to break the clinch but can't.
Aoki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lopes stalks Aoki and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Aoki's face. Aoki staggers backwards, shaken.
Lopes moves away from the strike by Aoki.
Aoki tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lopes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lopes walks into a straight right hand from Aoki.
Aoki blocks a head kick by Lopes.
Aoki scores with a jab. Lopes acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Aoki gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Aoki doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Lopes tries to break free but Aoki pushes him back against the ropes.
Aoki lands an uppercut.
Aoki tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lopes wants to get back to striking at distance but Aoki won't allow it.
Aoki keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lopes's efforts to push away.
Aoki works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Lopes looks gassed!
Aoki manages to break the clinch.
Aoki rushes Lopes and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Aoki lands a shoulder strike.
Aoki throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Lopess head.
Aoki lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lopes is trying to push Aoki away but Aoki has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Lopes wants to break the clinch but can't.
Aoki manages to break the clinch.
Lopes gets tackled into the ropes by Aoki. Aoki maintains the clinch.
Lopes tries to break free but Aoki pushes him back against the ropes.
Aoki scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Aoki scores with a shot to the side of Lopes's head.
Lopes is rocked!
Aoki unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Lopes! He's leaning against the ropes trying to keep his feet but Aoki is unloading with more strikes now! Lopes drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
