Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nacho Libre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Flint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Flint's choice of entrance music: Benga & Coki - Night. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Libre dodges the punch combination from Flint.
Flint tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Libre paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Libre is trying hard to land a takedown here. Flint sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Libre jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Libre takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Flint cracks Libre with an open hand slap.
Libre scores with a hook.
Libre shoots in but Flint avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Flint rushes Libre and presses him up against the ropes.
Libre drops down looking for an ankle pick but Flint pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nacho Libre. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Flint rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Libre moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Flint takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Flint utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Libre postures up in Flint's guard and throws a big left but Flint blocks it.
Libre seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Flint has momentary wrist control but Libre slips an elbow through the middle.
Flint really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Libre. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Libre wants to pass the guard but Flint is keeping the position.

Libre seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Libre looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Flint with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Nacho Libre has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Flint tries to close the distance and clinch but Libre swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Libre looks to throw the jab but Flint is out of range.
Libre takes a swing at Flint's ribcage but misses.
Libre darts in and clinches Flint up against the ropes.

Flint misses with a knee to the head.
Libre blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Flint is rocked!
Libre dips a shoulder and cracks Flint with a mighty uppercut! Flint falls back against the ropes and Libre unloads with a barrage of strikes! Flint is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Libre screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nacho Libre!
