Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Joe Ledfoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Jimenez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ledfoot comes to the cage accompanied by What's Beef. Jimenez has chosen Twinz as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Juan Jimenez was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Ledfoot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Juan Jimenez! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ledfoot fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jimenez sprawls well initially but Ledfoot persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Jimenez is looking to escape. Ledfoot is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Jimenez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ledfoot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ledfoot is looking to advance position but Jimenez won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ledfoot prevents Jimenez from standing back up.

Ledfoot works his foot free and advances to mount. Jimenez is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ledfoot controlling his opponent. Ledfoot postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jimenez looks a forlorn figure.
Jimenez is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Jimenez has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. What can Jimenez do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Jimenez has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ledfoot is working the ground and pound. Can Jimenez escape? Jimenez is trying to get back to his feet but Ledfoot has full control of the position and if anything, Jimenez has just worked his way into a worse spot. Jimenez is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Ledfoot off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ledfoot has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Jimenez's body.
Jimenez is trying to shake Ledfoot off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! Ledfoot won't be happy about giving up the dominant position. Jimenez doesn't manage to clinch there - Ledfoot circles away.
Jimenez tries to clinch but Ledfoot moves out of range. Jimenez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ledfoot swats him away and circles back towards the center. Jimenez misses with a takedown and Ledfoot counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Ledfoot pushing down on Jimenez's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ledfoot sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jimenez defending well though. Ledfoot trying to control the pace. Jimenez is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ledfoot is taking a breather. Jimenez says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ledfoot is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Ledfoot shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jimenez is trying to defend but Ledfoot finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Jimenez pushes Ledfoot off looking to stand but Ledfoot dives back in and keeps control.

Ledfoot working the ground and pound. Check out the look on Ledfoot's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Jimenez is pushing Ledfoot's head away, looking to escape. Ledfoot manages to hold on to the position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ledfoot is working Jimenez over with some ground and pound from side control. Ledfoot wants to control but Jimenez is keeping him busy. Jimenez is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Ledfoot is controlling him well. Jimenez is breathing heavily. Ledfoot is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jimenez has escaped the position, nice work there. Jimenez is pushing Ledfoot's head away, looking to escape. Ledfoot manages to hold on to the position though. Jimenez is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Ledfoot asserts his dominance and retains side control. Joe Ledfoot overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. A lull in the action here as Ledfoot stalls from top position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ledfoot works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Jimenez wants to get back to his feet. Jimenez is trying to escape the position but Ledfoot is controlling the position. Jimenez taking a bit of punishment here - Ledfoot scoring with strikes. Jimenez wants to get back to his feet. Ledfoot working the head with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Ledfoot dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Ledfoot throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jimenez tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ledfoot is in Jimenez's guard. Ledfoot controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Ledfoot trying to control but Jimenez is working from the bottom. Ledfoot prevents Jimenez from getting back to his feet. Ledfoot slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Ledfoot cracks Jimenez with a big elbow. Jimenez takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jimenez is trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ledfoot has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ledfoot in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Jimenez is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
