1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Robbie Griffen! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Griffen quickly recovers to half guard. Tyson is looking to take a break and control but Griffen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Griffen is trying to stand up here but Tyson is controlling him well. Tyson is looking to take a break and control but Griffen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Griffen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Griffen pushes Tyson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tyson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Griffen takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Tyson advances to mount. Tyson lands with some strikes. Griffen is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tyson looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Griffen really wants to buck Tyson off and get back to his feet. Tyson working for a submission but Griffen is keeping him at bay. Griffen is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Tyson with shots to the head and body - Griffen looks very uncomfortable down there. Griffen defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tyson. Griffen tries to buck Tyson off but he can't manage it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tyson scoring with strikes but Griffen is staying in there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tyson landing strikes, looking to finish! Griffen holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Tyson tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Rodger Tyson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Griffen goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Griffen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Griffen throws a hook but Tyson blocks it. Griffen throws a big shot that misses. Tyson shoots in and bounces Griffen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Tyson working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Tyson cracks Griffen with a solid left hand. Griffen keeping moving, preventing Tyson from controlling successfully. Tyson prevents Griffen from getting back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tyson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffen wants to stand but Tyson is controlling the position. Tyson is looking to work some ground and pound but Griffen has wrist control. Tyson stops Griffen from standing up. Tyson wants to control from the top but Griffen keeps moving. Tyson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Griffen works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Tyson stands up over Griffen, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Griffen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Tyson advances to half guard. Tyson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tyson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Griffen defends it well. Tyson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Griffen wants to get back to his feet.

Tyson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Griffen tries to sprawl but Tyson drives through with a takedown into half guard. That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyson cracks Griffen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Tyson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Tyson misses with a head shot. Griffen really wants to buck Tyson off and get back to his feet. Tyson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Griffen manages to avoid the submission attempt. Tyson lands a nice forearm strike. Griffen wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Tyson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Griffen is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tyson asserts his dominance and retains side control. Tyson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Griffen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Tyson scoring with punches from side control. Tyson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Griffen, who protects the arm well. Griffen is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tyson is controlling him well. And that's the end of the fight! Rodger Tyson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tyson, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
