Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between James Panther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brook Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Panther's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Slam Smack by jim Johnston. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brook Brown!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Lou da Vinci and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panther stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Panther wants it to stay on the feet.
Brown closes this distance looking for a takedown but Panther circles away.
Brown looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Panther is fending him off so far but Brown persists. Nope, Panther circles away and we're back to standing.
James Panther has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brook Brown.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Panther utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Brown with a flurry of punches that miss.
Brown seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
I looks like Brown might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Brown missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Brown content to stall in guard here.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Let's hope that Brown has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brown scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Panther to see if he's OK.
Oh Panther is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brook Brown has got the better of the ground game so far.

Brown cracks Panther with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Brown immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Panther is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Brown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brook Brown!
