Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danimal White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Irwin Estevez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danimal White has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Danimal White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carlos Irwin Estevez! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Franklyn Lucas and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White throws a right and a left that both miss. White misses with a head kick.
White fails with a takedown attempt from distance. White throws a jab but it's blocked by Estevez. Estevez showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from White.
Estevez looks to land a combination. White sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. White checks a leg kick. Estevez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Estevez wants it to stay on the feet. Estevez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from White. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danimal White. That's going to take a lot out of him. Estevez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping White at a distance.
Estevez shoots in and gets a takedown into White's guard. White keeping full guard, as Estevez tries to pass. Estevez seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. White looking for a guillotine here but Estevez defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Estevez pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. White is keeping the position for now. White isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Estevez stacks White on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Estevez! Estevez scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at White to see if he's OK. Estevez taking a breather here. White is looking to reverse the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. White looks to move to half guard but instead Estevez has passed into mount! Damn! Estevez takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. White is trying to escape the mount.
Estevez tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Estevez pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White gets back to half guard. White actively working from the bottom here. White looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Estevez controlling the pace. White tries to get to full guard but Estevez has control of the leg. Estevez is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Estevez is keen to just control but White is a slippery customer. White looking for subs from the bottom but Estevez mounts him! White sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

White with a lazy takedown attempt so Estevez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Estevez sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed White's guard. White on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Estevez lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Estevez trying to control the action but White is working from the bottom. Estevez moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from White. Estevez wants to lay and pray for a moment but White keeps working. White on the wrong end of some ground and pound. White is not content to let Estevez control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Estevez landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. White tries to improve position but can't. White manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Estevez gets back to full guard.
White drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Estevez manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now White has Estevez in his guard. Estevez slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. White has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Estevez is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for White. White tries to bench press Estevez off him but Estevez keeps the position. Estevez lands a decent elbow from side control. White is not content to let Estevez control the position. White tries to get back to half guard but can't. White is being controlled here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White is looking to regain half guard here but Estevez keeps moving and retains side control. Estevez working the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Estevez passes to full mount! That's big trouble for White! White is wriggling around trying to escape.
White regains half guard. White is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Estevez jumps into side control! White is looking for a sweep. White gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Estevez landing strikes from the mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A nice elbow there by Estevez. Estevez prevents White from getting the reversal. Estevez tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. White tries to get back to half guard but can't. Estevez looking to control but White is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. White tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlos Irwin Estevez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Estevez tries to bum rush White with a series of wild strikes but White uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Danimal White is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. White fails with the takedown and Estevez counters with a right hand to the body. Excellent takedown into side control there by Estevez. Estevez working the head and body with strikes. White is trying to improve his position. Carlos Irwin Estevez has got the better of the ground game so far. White being controlled for a moment. Check out the look on Estevez's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

He's hooked one of Estevez's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Estevez's back! Estevez tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! White moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Estevez has worked his arm free - good work by Estevez!
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Estevez is looking for a sweep. White thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. White wants to take a breather but Estevez manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for White.

And that's the end of the fight! Carlos Irwin Estevez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Estevez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
