The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

walker clinches with his opponent.

walker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mcshane showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from walker.

Excellent takedown into side control there by walker.
Mcshane wants to control but walker postures up.
Mcshane dodges the ground and pound from walker.
Mcshane is looking to reverse the position.
walker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcshane keeps working.
Mcshane is trying to get back to half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

walker closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Mcshane can't do much from the bottom here.
walker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mcshane on the ground.

walker stands up and beckons Mcshane to his feet.
Mcshane looks gassed!
An inside leg kick lands from walker.
walker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
walker pivots, looking for a leg kick but Mcshane is out of range and walker settles back down.

walker feints and as Mcshane raises his hands in defense, walker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

walker tries to free his leg and advance position but Mcshane is retaining full guard.
Mcshane keeping moving, preventing walker from controlling successfully.
walker preventing the sweep.
walker wants to control from the top but Mcshane keeps moving.
walker controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Mcshane not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
walker is in close to Mcshane's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Mcshane looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mcshane has eaten all the pies!

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

walker forces Mcshane back against the cage and clinches.

walker breaks from the clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

walker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
walker throws a leg kick but Mcshane sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Mcshane drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
walker is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Mcshane is controlling him well.
Mcshane advances to full mount.

walker has left one of his arms exposed and Mcshane doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. walker screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
