Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mister Happy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Si Liha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Si Liha will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Si Liha!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liha shoots for a double leg takedown but Happy sprawls well. He's pushed Liha's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Liha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Happy tries to avoid it but Liha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Happy to the ground. Happy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Happy scores with a takedown into Liha's guard.
Happy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Happy content to stall in guard here.
Happy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Happy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Liha wants to stand and escape but Happy is having none of it.

Liha is desperately trying to improve his position but Happy has a good base and remains in mount.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Happy goes for an armbar but Liha turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Liha.
Liha would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Happy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Happy is breathing heavily.
Liha not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Liha might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Happy kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Liha is looking for a kimura but Happy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Liha to get the leverage.

Liha is looking to stand up but Happy won't let him.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Mister Happy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liha throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Happy's head.
Happy has a takedown stuffed.
Liha tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Happy swivels and escapes.

Happy throws a body kick that misses.
Happy tries to clinch there but Liha circles away.
Happy is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Happy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Liha but Liha pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Liha gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Happy stays in close to Liha's body and controls the position.
Liha is looking for a triangle but Happy pushes his legs off easily.
Happy seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Happy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Liha keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mister Happy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Mister Happy just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Happy.

Happy is looking to clinch but Liha is avoiding it.

Happy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Liha looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Oh Happy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Liha is looking for a sweep.
Happy seems to have got his legs back now.
Happy decides to stand up, so the ref orders Liha to his feet.
Happy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Happy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Liha sprawls well initially but Happy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Happy moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Liha.
Happy slows the pace down.
Liha tries to strike but it doesn't land.
Happy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Liha is looking to reverse the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Liha shoots in but Happy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Liha gets caught flat footed, as Happy shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Happy works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Happy is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Happy wants to take a breather but Liha is having none of it.
Happy takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Happy seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Liha for as long as he can get away with.
Liha avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Happy.
Happy works his foot free and advances to mount.

Liha takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

The referee warns Liha that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Happy is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

and Happy counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Happy sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Liha's guard.
Happy passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Liha!
Liha wants to control but Happy is having none of it.

A short body shot lands from Liha as the two fighters clinch.

Mister Happy showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Happy, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
