Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Roberto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Luis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roberto comes into the arena with Slipknot- Psychosocial blaring out of the sound system. Luis has chosen Spain Music as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Antonio Roberto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Raul Luis! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roberto slaps away a takedown attempt from Luis, before circling back to the center of the mat. Roberto throws a nice looking combination but Luis bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Luis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Luis dodges the punch combination from Roberto.
Luis tries to score a power double leg takedown but Roberto sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Luis somewhat. Antonio Roberto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raul Luis. Roberto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Luis manages to avoid it. Luis shoots in but Roberto avoids the takedown attempt easily. Excellent takedown into side control there by Luis. Roberto struggling a bit here. Luis laying and praying for a moment but Roberto takes advantage and regains half guard. Roberto wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roberto keeps working. Roberto gets back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roberto wants to stand but Luis is controlling the position. Roberto throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Luis trying to control but Roberto is working from the bottom. Roberto has momentary wrist control but Luis slips an elbow through the middle. Luis postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Luis landing some decent shots from guard. Roberto keeping moving, preventing Luis from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Luis is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Luis looks gassed! Roberto throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Roberto is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Roberto looking to hit a scissor sweep but Luis is one step ahead there. Roberto is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Luis drops back, looking for a kneebar! Roberto looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Roberto looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Roberto! Roberto connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Luis some visible discomfort.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luis takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Roberto throwing strikes but Luis manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Luis prevents Roberto from escaping the position. Luis working the ground and pound. Luis tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Roberto tries to escape but Luis is in control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Luis working the ground and pound. Luis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Roberto to his feet. Roberto tries to bum rush Luis with a series of wild strikes but Luis uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Roberto gets caught flat footed, as Luis shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Luis wants to control from the top but Roberto keeps moving. Roberto is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Luis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Luis lands a couple of digs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raul Luis dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Roberto tries to clinch but Luis is having none of it. Luis slaps away a takedown attempt from Roberto, before circling back to the center of the mat. Roberto throws a leg kick but Luis sees it coming and checks it nicely. Roberto tries to close the distance and clinch but Luis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Roberto shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Luis defends it nicely. Luis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Luis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Roberto is just riding it out for now. Luis eventually gives up the hold. Roberto pushes Luis off looking to stand but Luis dives back in and keeps control.
Luis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Roberto defends it well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roberto wants to get back to his feet. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Luis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Roberto doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Luis. Roberto is looking to escape. Luis trying to control from half guard but Roberto is working away. Roberto is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Roberto might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Roberto is defending against the submission attempts here by Luis.
Roberto tries to get to full guard but Luis has control of the leg. Luis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Roberto is defending against the submission attempts here by Luis.
Roberto manages to escape and get back to his feet! Roberto throws a series of punches but Luis avoids them all with ease.

Roberto gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Luis on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Roberto. Roberto obviously looking to wear him down.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Some wild striking there from Roberto.

A close second round but Raul Luis will probably get the nod - 10:9. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Luis is in Roberto's guard. Luis prevents Roberto from getting back to his feet. Luis in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Luis trying to control but Roberto is working from the bottom. Roberto wants to stand and escape but Luis is having none of it. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Luis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Luis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Luis thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Luis decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roberto takes a swing at Luis's ribcage but misses. Luis shoots in but Roberto avoids the takedown attempt easily. Roberto looks to land a combination but Luis avoids it well. Luis fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Roberto avoids it really well and circles away. Roberto will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Luis or perhaps it was just good defense by Roberto which made him look bad. Luis keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Roberto. Antonio Roberto is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Luis shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Luis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Roberto tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Luis fails with a takedown attempt. Luis misses with a takedown attempt - Roberto sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Luis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Roberto counters with a series of strikes. Luis will be more careful next time no doubt. Roberto clinches. Roberto managing to block the knees to the body from Luis.

Luis drops down looking for an ankle pick but Roberto pulls his leg out and moves away.
Roberto takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Luis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Roberto counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Some wild striking there from Roberto.
Luis closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Roberto to the mat! Roberto manages to get full guard. Luis prevents Roberto from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roberto trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Luis looking to sit in guard and control but Roberto gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Raul Luis is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Luis is trying to control the position but Roberto postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! Antonio Roberto showed his dominance in that final round. I think Luis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
