Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Marco Castillo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Lucas Fabiski!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fabiski shoots for a double leg takedown but Castillo sprawls well. He's pushed Fabiski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Castillo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Castillo wants it to stay on the feet.
Fabiski tries to clinch but Castillo is having none of it.

Castillo closes the distance and clinches.
Fabiski can't break the clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Castillo tries to pull guard but Fabiski won't allow it.
Fabiski tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Castillo ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Castillo no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fabiski trying to control the position from guard on top but Castillo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Castillo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fabiski gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Castillo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fabiski's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Castillo drops back looking for a leg! Fabiski is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fabiski manages to kick Castillo off! Castillo jumps back into Fabiski's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Castillo passes Fabiski's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Castillo is looking for a kimura but Fabiski is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Castillo to get the leverage.

Castillo is working for a kimura but Fabiski is defending it quite comfortably.

Castillo maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Fabiski could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Castillo has cracked it and Fabiski is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Castillo!
