Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Satoshi Kajiwara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Machida Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lyoto Machida Alves told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kajiwara fails with a takedown attempt.

Kajiwara throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Machida Alves's waist but Machida Alves gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kajiwara off to one side.

Kajiwara changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Machida Alves tries to avoid it but Kajiwara manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Machida Alves to the ground. Machida Alves escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
