Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Viloz Killuskas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stephen Keyes! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killuskas on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Viloz Killuskas has been cut. Keyes works the jab nicely. Keyes misses with an uppercut. Killuskas saw that one coming. Keyes tries to bum rush Killuskas with a series of wild strikes but Killuskas uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Keyes moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Killuskas blocks a head kick by Keyes.
Keyes connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Killuskas momentarily.
Killuskas is rocked! Keyes darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Killuskas's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Keyes before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Stephen Keyes!
