Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krk Mrd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Oscar Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Krk Mrd!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mrd misses with a leg kick.

Mrd darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mrd connects with a nice short shot to Diaz's temple.
Mrd throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Mrd is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Diaz is just riding it out for now. Mrd eventually gives up the hold.
Diaz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Mrd throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Diaz was covering up waiting for the punch and Mrd finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Mrd lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Mrd closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Diaz to the mat! Diaz manages to get full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Diaz is looking for a sweep. Mrd is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Krk Mrd comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Mrd winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
