Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peras Pounder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peras Pounder told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bruce Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pounder throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lee tries to clinch up.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pounder swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pounder looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pounder works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Bruce Lee has been cut.
Lee tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Pounder counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Lee dodges the punch combination from Pounder.
Lee circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lee moves into the clinch.
Lee tries to land knees in the clinch but Pounder avoids the damage to the body.
Pounder tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pounder has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Pounder tries for a takedown but Lee manages to get underhooks.
Pounder fails to pull guard.
Bruce Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peras Pounder.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Pounder sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Pounder wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.

Pounder not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Pounder drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lee manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pounder has Lee in his guard.
Lee wants to pass the guard but Pounder is keeping the position.
Pounder has his foot on Lee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lee works his way back into a safe position though.

Pounder is trying to maintain the position but Lee is very close to passing his half guard.

Lee is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lee is trying to control the action in half guard but Pounder is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Lee stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Lee closes the distance and pushes Pounder back into the cage.

Lee lands a hook that snaps the head of Pounder backwards.

Pounder misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Lee.
Lee fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Lee manages to break the clinch.
Lee tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
No joy there for Pounder, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lee can't find room to land a body shot as Pounder controls the action.
Pounder pushes off an throws an elbow but Lee leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Pounder tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lee smiles and moves away.
Lee gets tackled into the cage by Pounder. Pounder maintains the clinch.
Lee gets underhooks to prevent Pounder's takedown attempt.
Lee lands on the inside with an uppercut.
A right hook to the body lands for Pounder.
Pounder tries to circle away but Lee has him pinned against the cage.
Lee prevents the takedown attempt.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Pounder has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lee is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Lee digs a right hand underneath Pounder's ribcage. Pounder let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Lee lands an uppercut.
A right handed body shot lands from Lee.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee closes the distance and clinches.

A nice combination there by Lee.

That was a close round but I would say that Bruce Lee will probably get the nod.

Pounder shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Pounder is trying to control. Lee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Pounder is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Pounder tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lee knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Peras Pounder was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Pounder tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Pounder has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lee is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Pounder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lee's guard.

Pounder decides to stand back up. Pounder steps back and let's Lee get back to his feet.

Pounder is looking to control Lee's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Pounder avoid being mounted?
Pounder is refusing to be controlled, as Lee sits in half guard.

Lee is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Pounder!
Lee seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Pounder is holding on tight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Pounder is squirming around, avoiding Lee's attempts to control the action.
Pounder is looking to improve his position but Lee isn't that keen on the idea.
Pounder wants to get back to his feet.
Peras Pounder has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Lee tries to control but Pounder wriggling away.
Lee wants to take Pounder's back here but Pounder is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Bruce Lee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Lee blocks Pounder's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight!
Bruce Lee showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
