Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jang Jung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jonathan Coleman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jang Jung! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jung shoots in but Coleman avoids the takedown attempt easily. Coleman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Jung misses with a jab, cross combination.
A head kick misses from Jung. Coleman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jang Jung seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Coleman lands with a kick to the temple. Jung shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Jung throws a nice head kick!
Coleman tries to clinch but Jung moves out of range. Jung misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jung fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Coleman throws a head kick that Jung semi-blocks.
Jung is looking to clinch but Coleman is avoiding it.
Coleman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jung defends it nicely. Jung has taken the fight to the clinch.
Coleman ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Coleman no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Coleman wants to stand and escape but Jung is having none of it. Coleman working a defensive guard here.
Jung chips away with some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Coleman is on top in guard.
Jung working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Coleman. Coleman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jung swivels though and keeps the full guard. Coleman passes Jung's left leg - he's now in half guard. Coleman frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jung is looking to escape. Jung is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Jung looks gassed! Coleman looking for a guillotine from mount but Jung is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jung wants to hold on but Coleman pushes him away. Jung really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jung bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jung working some strikes from top position. Jung wants to pass the guard but Coleman is keeping the position. Jung scoring with punches to the head and body. Coleman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jung landing some decent shots from guard. Jung lands a couple of elbows. Jung decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Coleman, up you get! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jonathan Coleman will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jung but Jung pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jung misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jung closes the distance and clinches. Jung comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Coleman lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Jung backwards. Coleman tries to pull guard but Jung holds him up against the cage and eventually Coleman drops back down to his feet.
Jung has Coleman pressed against the cage, preventing Coleman from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Jung escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jung lands a jab. Coleman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jung. Coleman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jonathan Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jung takes the fight into the clinch. Jung breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A left and a right from Jung both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Jonathan Coleman has been cut. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jung works over Coleman's head and body with a nice combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jung feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Jung stands and steps away. Coleman gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jung scores with a head kick.
Jung drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Coleman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jung is one step ahead there. Coleman controls Jung momentarily but Jung frees himself. Coleman has his foot on Jung's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jung works his way back into a safe position though. Jung chips away with some ground and pound. Jung is in close to Coleman's body, working some short punches and elbows. Jung scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman has momentary wrist control but Jung slips an elbow through the middle. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jung's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Jung decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Coleman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Jung stalks Coleman and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Coleman's face. Coleman staggers backwards, shaken. Coleman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jung sprawls well. Jung wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Coleman gets slowly back to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jung clinches with his opponent.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Coleman managing to block the knees to the body from Jung.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Jung. Jung escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Coleman is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jung misses with a takedown and Coleman counters with a good, hard body kick but Jung shrugs it off. A left and a right from Jung both land. Nice combination. Jung fails in his attempt to clinch. Coleman keeps the fight on the outside. The fight moves into the clinch position. Jung lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Jung jumps into guard, dragging Coleman to the mat.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Coleman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Coleman postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jung keeping moving, preventing Coleman from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jang Jung showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Jonathan Coleman's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Coleman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Coleman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Coleman unloads with some shots from mount but Jung bucks and avoids them well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coleman looking to control but Jung is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Jung is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jung keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Jung holds on to Coleman as tight as he can, avoiding damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Coleman punching from mount but Jung doing a good job of avoiding damage. Jung sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Coleman missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Jung is not content to let Coleman control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coleman is trying to work for a kimura but Jung is defending well.
Coleman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jung does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Coleman tries to stand but can't do so whilst Jung controls his leg. Coleman thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Jung to regain full guard. Coleman wants to stand and escape but instead Jung has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Jung with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Coleman is trying to keep Jung in close.
Jung stands up from Coleman's guard - Jung perhaps looking for a knockout.
And that's the end of the fight! Jang Jung comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jung has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
