Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between roger marsden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and angel rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
rivera takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts marsden, as that shot connected.
marsden scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like angel rivera has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
marsden looks to land a combination. rivera sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
rivera looks gassed!
rivera blocks a low kick nicely.
marsden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
marsden cracks rivera with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. marsden has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning rivera to stand back up!
rivera is rocked!
rivera misses with a double jab
and marsden rattles rivera with a well-timed uppercut counter. - rivera tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. marsden dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving rivera stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). roger marsden!
