Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johny Koksu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jd beltran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Koksu doesn't manage to clinch there - beltran circles away.
beltran feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
beltran is standing up over Koksu. Koksu looks to escape but beltran dives into side control.

Koksu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but beltran paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and beltran counters with a nice double leg into side control. Koksu won't be happy with that.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Koksu tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Koksu really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
