Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dirty Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Rae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dog comes to the cage accompanied by Sharp Dressed Man. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dirty Dog! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Rae! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dog drops his hands momentarily and Rae takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Dog misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rae.
Rae lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Rae misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dog scores with a jab to the head.
Dog moves out of range of the strikes. Rae drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Rae avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Rae looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Dog throws an overhand right that lands on Rae's shoulder, as Rae tries to avoid the shot. Dog avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rae throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Dog lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Dog lands with a shot to the body. Rae takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Dog tries to clinch there but Rae circles away.
A big right from Rae misses. Rae misses with a body shot
and Dog counters with a left and a right that stings Rae.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rae showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dog.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Rae!
Nice shot lands for Dog. Dog misses with a hook. Dog throws a hook to the side of Rae's head but Rae sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Rae with a poor takedown and Dog counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Dog. A short right from Dog. Rae misses with a short punch on the inside. Rae lands with a short shot to the head. Dog dodges an elbow strike from Rae.
Dog throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Good body shot from Dog.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Rae just misses with a elbow thrown towards Dog's brow. Rae throws an elbow but it misses.
Dog is pushing Rae up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Dog blocks an elbow strike. Dog lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Rae wants to break the clinch but can't.
Rae drags the fight down to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dog makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Dog trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Rae not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dog working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Dog content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Dog really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rae trying to keep a closed guard but Dog is proving a slippery customer.
Rae looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Dog showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Rae is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dog is aware though and is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dog working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Dog scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Dog will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Dog trying to control but Rae is working from the bottom. Dog content to stall in guard here. Dog postures up in Rae's guard and throws a big left but Rae blocks it. Rae has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Dog doesn't defend quickly enough and Rae has managed to lock this one up! Can Dog escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rae on a fantastic submission victory.
