The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bot throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sortsen.
Bot throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bot misses with an uppercut.
Bot tries to bum rush Sortsen with a series of wild strikes but Sortsen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sortsen slips under a jab from Bot.
Bot rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sortsen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Boxing Bot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bot just misses with a punch to the body.
Bot throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bot throws a right hand that Sortsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Sortsen also avoids with ease.

Bot looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

It looks like Dan Sortsen has been cut.
Bot misses with a looping right.

Bot swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bot lands with an uppercut that bounces Sortsen off the cage and back into rage.
Sortsen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Sortsen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Sortsen takes Bot's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Bot is in trouble.

Sortsen is cranking Bot's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Bot! He's tightened the choke and Bot is tapping out!
