Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tee Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Somebody's gonna get it. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ted Bundy! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bone shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bundy's guard. Bone is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bundy keeping full guard, as Bone tries to pass. Bundy utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bone is stalling in the full guard. Bone thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bone thows a big elbow that misses. Bone wants to control from the top but Bundy keeps moving. Bone passes Bundy's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Bone is trying to control. Bundy wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Bone is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bundy defends it well. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bundy wants to get back to his feet.

Tee Bone dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bone tries to clinch up but Bundy circles away and keeps his distance. Bone shoots for a double leg takedown but Bundy sprawls well. He's pushed Bone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tee Bone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bone shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bundy pinned against the cage. Bundy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bone tries to clinch up but Bundy circles away and keeps his distance. Bone wants to clinch. Bone throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bundy's waist but Bundy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bone off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tee Bone. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bundy is defended easily by Bone. Bone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bone fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bundy avoids it really well and circles away. Bundy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bone throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bundy was covering up waiting for the punch and Bone finishes the takedown easily into guard. Bundy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bone stops Bundy from standing up. Bone advances to half guard. Bone stops Bundy from getting back to his feet.
Bone is working for a submission of some sort.

Bone trying to control from half guard but Bundy is working away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bone seems to be working for a kimura but Bundy defends the submission attempt. Bone trying to pass the guard but Bundy defending well. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bundy can do anything to dispel that myth. Bone trying to control from half guard but Bundy is working away.

Bone is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bone lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bundy holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Bone tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Bundy is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Bone locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Bundy is forced to tap!
