Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Urijah Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Dropkick Murphys - Barroom Hero. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Penn misses with a looping left.
Smith tries to clinch but Penn moves out of range.
Smith fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Penn, pushing him back against the cage.
Smith managing to block the knees to the body from Penn.

It looks like Urijah Penn has been cut.
Penn is trying to break free.

Smith trying to stand up but can't free himself from Penn's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Penn lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Smith has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Smith and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
