Horrible takedown by Gomez or perhaps it was just good defense by Sanchez which made him look bad.
Gomez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Gomez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sanchez circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sanchez connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Gomez to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Sanchez!
