Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Colt Riley! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hamaka is looking to land body kicks. Hamaka throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Riley. Hamaka fails to land with a series of punches.
Riley dodges the punch combination from Hamaka.
Riley misses with a body shot.
Riley fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hamaka sprawls well initially but Riley persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Riley tries to pass to full mount but Hamaka defends it. Hamaka on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Riley is looking to advance position but Hamaka won't allow it. Riley wants to control but Hamaka is keeping him busy. Riley thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hamaka's head. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Hamaka is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riley moves nicely into side control. Hamaka is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Riley has just dragged him back down to the mat. Riley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hamaka keeps working. Hamaka is being controlled here. Riley is looking to take a break and control but Hamaka is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hamaka is letting Riley control him for a moment. Hamaka on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Riley lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Hamaka down.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Riley throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Hamaka takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Hamaka is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Hamaka is not content to let Riley control the position. Hamaka is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Riley has just dragged him back down to the mat. Riley scoring with punches from side control. Hamaka takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Riley lands some shots froms side control. Riley moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Riley tries to score with some ground and pound. Hamaka controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Riley controls the position from side control. Hamaka is trying to get back to his feet. Riley is looking to take a break and control but Hamaka is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Riley throws an elbow but Hamaka slips to the side and avoids it well. Riley landing strikes. Hamaka throws Riley to one side and escapes!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Riley cracks Hamaka with a right hand to the side of the head. Hamaka fails to land with a series of punches.
Hamaka throws a hook but Riley blocks it. Riley digs a good hook to Hamaka's body.
Riley lunges at Hamaka with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hamaka's hand. Riley throws a body punch but Hamaka moves out of range. Hamaka displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Riley throws out the jab. Riley showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hamaka.
Hamaka throws a right hand that Riley ducks under and follows up with a left that Riley also avoids with ease. Riley lands a nice hook to Hamaka's body. Hamaka takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Hamaka is breathing heavily. No joy there for Hamaka, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Riley punishes Hamaka's body with a nice straight punch. Hamaka takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Hamaka throws a right and a left that Riley avoids nicely. Hamaka looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Riley swats away the attempt to clinch by Hamaka. Riley shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hamaka's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Colt Riley dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Riley is figuring out what he wants to do next. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Riley lands a nice short elbow. Hamaka taking some punishment here, with Riley in his half guard. Riley looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Colt Riley has got the better of the ground game so far. Riley lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Riley thows a huge punch but Hamaka dodges it nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Riley thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Ground and pound from Riley. Riley is looking to advance position but Hamaka won't allow it. Riley is trying to control the action in half guard but Hamaka is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Riley takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Riley sitting and controlling from the half guard. Hamaka on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Riley thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hamaka's head. Riley controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Riley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hamaka does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Hamaka keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Riley has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Riley controlling the pace. Riley stops Hamaka from getting back to his feet.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Nice strikes from Riley there. Riley trying to control the action but Hamaka is working from the bottom. Riley working the head and body with strikes. Riley wants to free his trapped foot but Hamaka is holding on for dear life with his legs. Riley has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riley lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Riley controlling the pace for now. Riley lands a nice shot to the head. Riley putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Hamaka in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hamaka wants to try and get back to his feet. Riley breaks from Hamaka's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Hamaka is rocked! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Riley cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Oh Hamaka is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Riley lands a big elbow - Hamaka is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Hamaka is forced to tap out!
