Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Munter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butch Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butch Reed will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Munter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Butch Reed! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Munter closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Reed quickly recovers to half guard. Reed wants to control but Munter is keeping busy.
Reed tries to get to full guard but Munter has control of the leg. Munter trying to control from Reed's half guard. Reed has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Munter scoring with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Munter controls from within his opponent's guard. Reed keeping moving, preventing Munter from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Munter is breathing heavily. Reed throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Reed will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Munter's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Gary Munter. Reed closes the distance and pushes Munter back into the cage. Munter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Munter gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Reed. Munter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Reed as he jumps to the side. Reed scores with a nice right hand.
Reed shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Reed is stalling here. Munter is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Reed seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Munter has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Munter working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reed is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Munter's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Reed wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Munter stops Reed from getting back to his feet.
Reed is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Munter pulls his head out easily. Reed actively working from the bottom here. Munter content to control rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Reed is refusing to be controlled, as Munter sits in half guard. Reed looking for submissions from an awkward position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Butch Reed will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Munter walks into a straight right hand from Reed. Munter misses with a takedown and Reed counters with a left and a right that stings Munter. Reed lands with a thumping leg kick.
Reed shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Reed was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Munter keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Munter takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Munter is desperately trying to improve his position but Reed has a good base and remains in mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Munter wants to control but Reed is having none of it. Reed trying to control but Munter is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Munter is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Reed cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
BOOM! Reed connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Reed is working for a guillotine from mount but Munter frees his head quite easily.
Munter tries to hold on but Reed pushes him away. Reed punishing his opponent with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reed avoids the attempt from Munter to control. Reed takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Munter wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Reed.
Reed trying to control but Munter is having none of it. Munter wants to control but Reed is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Munter is in a horrible position here. Reed smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Reed is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Munter can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
A nice elbow there by Reed. Reed controlling from mount. Munter tries to reverse the position but Reed maintains control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Reed can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Munter is looking to escape. Reed cracks Munter with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Reed connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Munter tries to get back to half guard but can't. Reed looking for a guillotine from mount but Munter is having none of it. A nice elbow there by Reed. Munter blocking the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Butch Reed showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Munter misses with a takedown and Reed counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Reed trying to control the position from guard on top but Munter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Reed sitting in guard here, content to control. Butch Reed has got the better of the ground game so far. Reed throwing strikes from guard but Munter blocks nicely. Reed missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Reed is looking to work some ground and pound but Munter has wrist control. Reed is working Munter over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Reed controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Munter is on top in guard.
Reed is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Munter defends well. Munter wants to control from the top but Reed keeps moving. Munter gets to his feet - Reed follows without any prompting. Gary Munter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reed gets a takedown into half guard. Munter wants to get back to full guard but Reed has mounted him! Reed tries to control but Munter wriggling away. Reed unloads with some shots from mount but Munter bucks and avoids them well.
Munter wants to hold on but Reed pushes him away. Reed looking to control but Munter is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Munter tries to hold on but Reed pushes him away.

Reed looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Reed avoids the attempt from Munter to control. Reed can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Munter is looking to escape. Reed throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Reed trying to control but he's not successful this time. Munter is trying desperately to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Munter regains half guard. Reed sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Munter defending well though. Reed lands strikes from half guard. Munter regains full guard. Nicely done. Reed is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Reed looking to sit in guard and control but Munter gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Gary Munter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Butch Reed is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Munter wants to stand and escape but instead Reed has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Butch Reed comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Reed has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
