Betoli kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Mario theme. Mario Betoli has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Beast throws a sloppy head kick and Betoli moves out of range easily.
Betoli closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Betoli lands in his opponent's guard.
Betoli passes Beast's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beast strikes from the bottom but Betoli uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Beast is looking to reverse the position.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Betoli is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Beast is trying to escape and Betoli transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Beast is forced to tap! Nice work there by Betoli! Very nice indeed!
