Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diego Rios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Train (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rios's entrance music is Forever. A fine choice. On his way into the cage it seems that Diego Rios has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Diego Rios seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Diego Rios! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jimmy Train! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Train tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Some wild striking there from Train.
Rios fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Train manages to avoid it. Rios misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A punch combination from Rios misses. Train tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rios paws at him with a jab and circles away. Rios tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A combination from Rios does no damage. Train scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Diego Rios has been cut. Rios dives in and grabs Train's left leg, looking for a takedown. Train pushes down on Rios's head and hops out. Rios keeps the fight on the outside. Train throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Rios blocks a head kick by Train.
Train throws a left and a right that both miss
enabling Rios to counter with a crisp jab. Nice cross by Rios. Rios throws a body kick that misses. A combination from Train does no damage. Train throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Train displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rios. A left and a right from Rios both land. Nice combination. Train throws a sloppy head kick and Rios moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Train swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rios counters with a right hand to the body. Train is looking to chop away at Rios's legs. Train looks gassed! Train scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Rios lands with a nice combination. Train backs away looking to recover.
Train is rocked! Diego Rios seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rios connects with a nice cross there... Train is looking wobbly and Rios recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Train to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Rios jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Diego Rios!
