The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bongwater cracks Cringe with a good jab.
Jab, jab by Bongwater - just one landing.
Cringe takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bongwater throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Bongwater connects with a nice looking jab.
Cringe takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Bongwater bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Cringe's head.
Cringe throws a shot from downtown. Bongwater moves away and avoids it.
Bongwater fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Cringe looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Cringe scores with a shot to the body.
Cringe walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Cringe swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bongwater connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bongwater connects with the punch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bongwater looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Cringe is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Cringe is breathing heavily.

Bongwater seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Bongwater fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Cringe in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Cringe takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bongwater has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bongwater has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Cringe's face.
Bongwater drops a big elbow. That's hurt Cringe! More shots from Bongwater and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
