Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Douglas Dahmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dahmer scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Bravo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dahmer was covering up waiting for the punch and Bravo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bravo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dahmer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bravo wants to control from the top but Dahmer keeps moving.
Bravo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bravo forces his way into half guard.

Bravo seems to be looking for submissions.
Dahmer is in trouble now - Bravo has advanced to mount!
Bravo wants to control the pace but Dahmer is squirming around nicely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bravo works to advance to full mount. Dahmer defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Bravo jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Dahmer is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Dahmer and Bravo has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bravo stalling away here and it's allowed Dahmer to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Bravo looking to sit in guard and control but Dahmer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Bravo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dahmer throws out a loose jab but Bravo uses good head movement to avoid it.

Bravo shoots in and bounces Dahmer off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Dahmer is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Bravo trying to control the position from guard on top but Dahmer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bravo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dahmer is keeping the position for now.

Bravo drops back looking for a leg! Dahmer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dahmer manages to kick Bravo off! Bravo jumps back into Dahmer's guard.

Dahmer escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bravo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bravo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dahmer looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dahmer looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dahmer!
Bravo tries to get back to half guard but can't.

You can see the frustration on Bravo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bravo is trying to get back to his feet.
Bravo can't do much from the bottom here.
Dahmer wants to stand but Bravo has his arm trapped.

Bravo is trying to work for a sweep but Dahmer has mounted him!
Bravo is squirming around, avoiding Dahmer's attempts to control the action.
Dahmer is looking to stand but Dahmer has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Douglas Dahmer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Dahmer lands a body shot.
Dahmer throws a hook but Bravo avoids it easily.

Bravo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dahmer.

Bravo drives through and clinches with Dahmer against the cage.
Bravo tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bravo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dahmer fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Bravo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dahmer is trying to defend but Bravo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Bravo lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Dahmer slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Bravo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Dahmer might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bravo kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Bravo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Bravo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bravo wants to pass the guard but Dahmer is defending well.
Dahmer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bravo is working away from the top position though.

Bravo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dahmer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bravo.

Bravo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Dahmer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bravo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Bravo has gone for a leg lock! Dahmer slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bravo's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Douglas Dahmer.
I think Dahmer has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
