Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jagger Cyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Brock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cyde comes to the cage accompanied by Papa Roach - Time Is Running Out. Eddie Brock has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Steve Montenegro and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyde shoots in for a takedown but Brock shows good takedown defense.
Brock wants to clinch up but Cyde keeps it at a distance.
Brock lands a big head kick that sends Cyde tumbling to the mat! Brock takes a step backwards and waves Cyde back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Jagger Cyde has been cut.
Brock has his takedown stuffed
and Cyde counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cyde checks a low kick from Brock.

and Cyde counters with a nice double leg into side control. Brock won't be happy with that.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brock wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

Cyde wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brock keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cyde is really struggling to control Brock but he's trying to hold on to the position.

and Cyde counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cyde.
A short body shot lands from Cyde as the two fighters clinch.

Cyde is trying to maintain a safe position but Brock gets an underhook and turns Cyde into the cage.

Brock is trying to drag Cyde to the mat but Cyde just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brock can do anything to dispel that myth.

and Cyde moves into the clinch.
Cyde can't find room to land a body shot as Brock controls the action.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Cyde takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Brock escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brock doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cyde moves into the clinch.
Cyde swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cyde is trying to maintain a safe position but Brock gets an underhook and turns Cyde into the cage.
Brock throws an elbow that misses.
Cyde misses with some punches.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Cyde as Brock tries to tie him up.
Cyde swings wildly with an uppercut but Brock uses good head movement to avoid it.
Brock tries to pull guard but Cyde holds him up against the cage and eventually Brock drops back down to his feet.
Brock has hold of one of Cyde's legs. Cyde is fighting the takedown attempt but Brock gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brock accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Brock wants to control from the top but Cyde keeps moving.

Brock has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Cyde is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Brock yanks on the arm and Cyde is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Brock.
