Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake Jacobson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lii Tsung Il (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsung Il has chosen "Scary"-Mad Capsule Markets as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jake Jacobson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lii Tsung Il! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacobson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jacobson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. A head kick misses from Jacobson. Jacobson misses with the combination.
A head kick misses from Jacobson. Tsung Il swats away the attempt to clinch by Jacobson. Jacobson tries a head kick but it misses.
Jacobson misses with a low kick. Tsung Il gets the takedown into side control. Tsung Il stands up and beckons Jacobson to his feet. Jacobson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A big right from Jacobson misses. Jacobson misses with a head kick.
Tsung Il has Jacobson up against the ropes in a clinch.
Tsung Il has picked Jacobson up - he's going for a ride! Tsung Il dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Tsung Il is controlling the pace.
Tsung Il looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Still in half guard, Tsung Il seems content to control. Let's hope that Tsung Il has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Tsung Il wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jacobson keeps working. Tsung Il controlling the action here. Jacobson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jacobson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tsung Il doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tsung Il manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jacobson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tsung Il manages to get himself to full guard.
Jacobson wants to pass the guard but Tsung Il is keeping the position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Tsung Il pulls Jacobson in close to prevent any damage. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Despite being in the dominant position, Lii Tsung Il just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tsung Il moves out of range of the body kick. Jacobson swinging wilding here.
Jacobson is breathing heavily. Tsung Il drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tsung Il avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jacobson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Jacobson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tsung Il controls the pace. Jacobson is looking for a triangle here but Tsung Il uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Jacobson is looking to reverse the position. Jacobson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Jacobson tries to get to full guard but Tsung Il has control of the leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jacobson looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Jacobson is looking for a sweep. Tsung Il is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tsung Il is keen to just control but Jacobson is a slippery customer. Tsung Il wants to stand but Jacobson has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jacobson moves into the clinch. Tsung Il wants to get back to striking at distance but Jacobson won't allow it.

Tsung Il takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Jacobson has closed the distance and engaged Tsung Il in a clinch.
Tsung Il gets underhooks to prevent Jacobson's takedown attempt.
Tsung Il looking to slow down the pace here. Tsung Il wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Tsung Il is looking to break free of the clinch but Jacobson has double underhooks. A short uppercut from Jacobson. Jacobson comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Jacobson tries to score a body lock takedown but Tsung Il shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Jacobson breaks the clinch.
Jacobson looks to clinch and Tsung Il counters with a nice kick to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lii Tsung Il dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jacobson looks to land a combination but Tsung Il avoids it well. Jacobson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tsung Il misses with a head kick.
Jacobson throws a head kick that misses and Tsung Il counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Tsung Il preventing the sweep. Jacobson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tsung Il manages to get himself to full guard.
Tsung Il is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Tsung Il is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lii Tsung Il has got the better of the ground game so far. Tsung Il working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jacobson. Tsung Il wants to stand and escape but Jacobson is having none of it. Tsung Il is looking to sweep but instead, Jacobson has passed into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jacobson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tsung Il defends it well. Jacobson working Tsung Il over with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsung Il trying to hold on to Jacobson's head to control him but Jacobson postures up.
Jacobson is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Tsung Il has decided that throwing punches whilst being mounted is the best he can manage just now. Tsung Il is desperately trying to improve his position but Jacobson has a good base and remains in mount. Jacobson fails to advance to Tsung Il's back. Tsung Il is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Tsung Il tries to hold on but Jacobson pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Tsung Il is trying desperately to improve position. Jacobson tries to stand up but Tsung Il grabs his leg and drags him down! Tsung Il is now on top, in side control. Tsung Il creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jacobson steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Tsung Il. That one must have hurt. Tsung Il shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tsung Il showed some decent athleticism there. Tsung Il stands up and beckons Jacobson to join him on the feet. Jacobson throws a head kick that misses. Jacobson looks to clinch and Tsung Il counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Jacobson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jacobson throws a sloppy head kick and Tsung Il moves out of range easily. Jacobson doesn't manage to clinch there - Tsung Il circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jacobson throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Lii Tsung Il has been cut. Jacobson instigates a clinch. Jacobson on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Jacobson throws a knee to the head but misses.

Jacobson pulls guard. Jacobson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tsung Il is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jacobson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tsung Il's back instead. Tsung Il trying to control the action but Jacobson just sinks the hooks in. Jacobson working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Tsung Il manages to reverse the position and now he's in Jacobson's guard. Nice work there by Tsung Il.

Jacobson stands and throws Tsung Il's legs to the side, diving into side control. Jacobson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tsung Il keeps working. Tsung Il is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Jacobson off and has taken his back! Tsung Il has the hooks in. Jacobson is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Jacobson defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Tsung Il's arms. This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tsung Il trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Jacobson breaks Tsung Il's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jake Jacobson will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Lii Tsung Il's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Nice takedown defense from Jacobson. No joy for Tsung Il on that attempt. Jacobson moves in looking to clinch but Tsung Il pushes him off. Tsung Il tries to clinch but Jacobson is having none of it. Jacobson misses with a takedown attempt and Tsung Il counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Tsung Il. Jacobson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tsung Il can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Jacobson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jacobson has his foot on Tsung Il's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tsung Il works his way back into a safe position though. Jacobson looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Tsung Il has picked Jacobson up and slammed him! Jacobson can't keep hold of the triangle and Tsung Il manages to pass to side control! Tsung Il has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Tsung Il displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Tsung Il throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Tsung Il closes the distance and clinches. Tsung Il takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tsung Il letting Jacobson take a breather here. Tsung Il looking to stall.

Tsung Il is rocked! A head kick by Jacobson misses and Tsung Il counters with a left and a right that stings Jacobson. Jacobson connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Tsung Il to the floor! Jacobson dives in looking for the finish! Tsung Il is still in real trouble! Can Jacobson finish him? Jacobson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Tsung Il defend it? Jacobson steps over the head and cranks it - Tsung Il is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Jacobson!
