The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daytona shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as BELFORT sprawls well. BELFORT wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Daytona gets slowly back to his feet.
BELFORT lands with a kick to the temple. Daytona shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
BROCK BELFORT seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
BELFORT displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Randy Daytona has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Daytona shoots in and drives through. BELFORT sprawls well.
BELFORT is looking to slow Daytona down with leg kicks.

BELFORT lands a big head kick that sends Daytona tumbling to the mat! BELFORT takes a step backwards and waves Daytona back to his feet - he wants the finish!

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! BELFORT has cracked Daytona with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! BELFORT lands another huge swinging hook and Daytona tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Daytona, before BELFORT can land any more shots!
