Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Baxter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Watt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bob Baxter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, James Watt! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watt takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Baxter throws out a loose jab but Watt uses good head movement to avoid it. Baxter scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like James Watt has been cut. Baxter circles away from the clinch attempt.
Baxter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Watt was well out of range. Poor timing from Baxter. Watt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Baxter manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Baxter lands a head shot. Watt tries to clinch up but Baxter circles away and keeps his distance. Watt tries to clinch but Baxter moves out of range. Watt fails with an attempt to clinch.

Crunch! Baxter slams his shin into Watt's torso. Watt doesn't manage to clinch there - Baxter circles away.
Watt wants to clinch up but Baxter keeps it at a distance. Watt tries to clinch but Baxter is having none of it. Watt tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Baxter paws at him with a jab and circles away. Watt wants to clinch. Baxter keeps the fight on the outside. Watt fails in his attempt to clinch. Watt moves in looking to clinch but Baxter pushes him off. Watt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baxter swats him away and circles back towards the center. Baxter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Watt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baxter keeps the fight on the outside. Watt is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Watt moves in looking to clinch but Baxter pushes him off. Baxter bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Watt's head backwards. The fight stays on the outside here - Watt looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Baxter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Watt tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Baxter paws at him with a jab and circles away. Watt wants to clinch up but Baxter keeps it at a distance. Baxter jabs Watt to the body, keeping him at a distance. Watt is looking to clinch but Baxter is avoiding it.
Baxter lands the left hand. Baxter keeps the fight on the outside. Baxter throws a nice looking combination but Watt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Baxter swats away the attempt to clinch by Watt. Baxter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Watt has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Watt there as he acknowledges the shot. Baxter connects with a body shot. Watt looks gassed! Watt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Baxter.
Baxter lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Baxter scores with a three punch combo!
Watt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Baxter manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Baxter throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Baxter lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Baxter lands with a nice body punch. Baxter uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Watt has time to react. Baxter lands a slapping body shot.
Baxter lands a right hook to the body.
A shot to the liver by Baxter. Beautiful body shot. Baxter with a body punch. A glancing blow. Watt looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Baxter swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Watt. Baxter connects with a body shot. Baxter jabs Watt to the body, keeping him at a distance. Baxter ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Baxter is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Baxter lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Watt backs up against the cage.
Baxter scores with a jab to the body. Watt on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Baxter lands a slapping body shot.
James Watt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A lazy left from Baxter finds it's target. Watt takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Baxter scores with the left hand. Watt knows he should have avoided that one.
That has opened up James Watt's cut even more. Horrible takedown by Baxter or perhaps it was just good defense by Watt which made him look bad. Baxter scores with a body shot.
Baxter scores with a jab to the body. James Watt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Baxter lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Baxter.
Watt is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Baxter fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Watt is still on wobbly legs! Can Baxter finish him? Baxter cracks Watt with a hook to the temple - Watt is on wobbly legs here! Baxter swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Watt falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Baxter wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Bob Baxter!
