Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Keigal Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Soto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keigal Greco could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Luiz Soto's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice defenses there by Soto. Soto drives through with a takedown into guard. Soto throws a big right hand that misses. Soto trying to control but Greco is working from the bottom. Greco on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Greco tries to get out of the position. Greco wants to sweep here but Soto controlling him for the moment. Greco manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Greco postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Soto looks a forlorn figure.
Greco trying to control but he's not successful this time. Greco is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Soto can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

He hasn't managed just yet though. Greco seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Soto does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Greco is looking to advance position but Soto won't allow it. Greco seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Soto does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Soto is looking for a sweep. Greco is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Greco thows a huge punch but Soto dodges it nicely.

Soto wants to free his trapped foot but Greco is holding on for dear life with his legs. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Soto is keen to just control but Greco is a slippery customer. Greco wants to control but Soto is keeping busy.

That was a close round but I would say that Keigal Greco will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Soto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Greco is trying to control the position but Soto postures up. Greco keeping full guard, as Soto tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Greco will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Greco might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Greco rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

That was a close second round but I would say that Keigal Greco will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Soto uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Greco. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Greco stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Greco wants it to stay on the feet. Keigal Greco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luiz Soto. Nice defenses there by Soto.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Keigal Greco just wasn't active enough. Soto with a poor takedown so Greco counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Greco content to stall in guard here. Soto keeping moving, preventing Greco from controlling successfully. Soto controls Greco momentarily but Greco frees himself. Greco chips away with some ground and pound.

Greco lands a couple of digs. Greco is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Luiz Soto has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Soto keeping moving, preventing Greco from controlling successfully. Soto working for a triangle but Greco defends it easily.
