The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bearinstein blocks a low kick nicely. Bearinstein scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Vladimir Goryachev has been cut. Goryachev tries to clinch up. Bearinstein throws a series of punches but Goryachev avoids them all with ease. Bearinstein stuffs the takedown attempt from Goryachev. Goryachev gets slowly back to his feet. Goryachev wants to clinch. Goryachev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bearinstein as he avoids it easily. Goryachev has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Goryachev there as he acknowledges the shot. Goryachev tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bearinstein swats him away and circles back towards the center. Goryachev tries to score with a low kick but Bearinstein moves his leg out of the way. Goryachev tries to clinch there but Bearinstein circles away.
Goryachev staying out of range there. Bearinstein lands a jab-cross combination. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Goryachev looking to land some kicks to the body here.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Goryachev is defended easily by Bearinstein. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladimir Goryachev. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bearinstein swats away the attempt to clinch by Goryachev.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bearinstein looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Goryachev! Bearinstein wants to control the pace but Goryachev is squirming around nicely. A nice elbow there by Bearinstein. BOOM! Bearinstein connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Goryachev regains half guard. Bearinstein prevents Goryachev from improving his position. Bearinstein decides to return to a standing position. Bearinstein lands with a right that hurts Goryachev. Goryachev looks to clinch but Bearinstein throws a short knee that drops Goryachev. This one is all over!
