Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, al inkotatoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joelho Quebrado!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
inkotatoy throws a body punch but Quebrado moves out of range.
Quebrado wants to clinch.
inkotatoy moves into range and clinches up with Quebrado.
Quebrado tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. inkotatoy just stands there and leans against the cage.
Quebrado tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. inkotatoy smiles and moves away.
inkotatoy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Quebrado looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Quebrado is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, inkotatoy asserts his dominance and retains side control.
inkotatoy decides to stand up, so the ref orders Quebrado to his feet.
Quebrado keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
inkotatoy misses with a double jab.
No luck for inkotatoy with that takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
inkotatoy drives through and clinches with Quebrado against the cage.
Quebrado decides to pull guard.
Quebrado is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
inkotatoy tries to free his leg and advance position but Quebrado is retaining full guard.
Quebrado has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes inkotatoy off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
inkotatoy paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Quebrado misses with a head kick.
Quebrado tries to clinch but fails miserably
and inkotatoy counters with a head kick.
Quebrado with a lazy takedown attempt
and inkotatoy holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
al inkotatoy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joelho Quebrado.
inkotatoy breaks the clinch.
Quebrado throws a lazy head kick
letting inkotatoy counter with a right hand.
Quebrado looks gassed!
inkotatoy rushes Quebrado and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
inkotatoy jumps into guard, dragging Quebrado to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
inkotatoy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Quebrado is controlling him.
Quebrado tries to stand but inkotatoy is controlling from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Quebrado is posturing up here but inkotatoy has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Quebrado tries to roll out but it's too tight and Quebrado has to tap! Slick submission there by inkotatoy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). al inkotatoy!
