Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kevin Reabker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mallick Rel! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Reabker is defended easily by Rel. Reabker misses with a double jab.
Reabker closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Reabker lands in his opponent's guard. Rel keeping moving, preventing Reabker from controlling successfully. Reabker gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Rel feints and as Reabker raises his hands in defense, Rel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rel postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Rel wants to control from the top but Reabker keeps moving. Reabker pushes Rel off and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reabker is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rel's half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reabker throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Reabker landing strikes, looking to finish! Reabker is in the full mount, landing strikes. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Reabker lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Reabker cracks Rel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
