Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pavel Katasonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hilajoen Antti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Katasonov comes to the cage accompanied by In Extremo - Wind. Antti has chosen Tulin minä kaapista ulos as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Katasonov throws a body punch but Antti moves out of range.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Katasonov lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Antti has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Antti and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Antti enables Katasonov to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Antti manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Antti is pressing down on Katasonov's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Antti wants to sweep but no luck.
Antti is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Katasonov is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Antti's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Antti's back!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Antti covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Pavel Katasonov overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Katasonov is looking to control Antti but Antti is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Katasonov has the hooks in. Antti is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Antti prevents Katasonov from getting a body triangle.
Katasonov is trying to stick to Antti's back but Antti is turning into Katasonov. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Katasonov's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Antti.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Katasonov, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
