Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Scott Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wright's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bullet for my Valentine - Scream Aim And Fire. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Wright! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, David West! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wright fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but West avoids it really well and circles away. West tries to clinch up. Wright looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Wright seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. West tries to get to full guard but Wright has control of the leg. West is refusing to be controlled, as Wright sits in half guard. Wright throwing shots but West is blocking nicely. Wright missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Wright tries to stand but can't do so whilst West controls his leg. Wright looks to land a strike but West avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. West utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Wright pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. West is keeping the position for now. Wright looking to sit in guard and control but West gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. West gets to his feet. Wright looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! West scores with a hook. Wright throws a right and a left that both miss. West will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wright accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Wright trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Wright postures up in West's guard and throws a big left but West blocks it. Wright looking to sit in guard and control but West gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. West stands up from Wright's guard - West perhaps looking for a knockout. West goes for a small jab and connects. Now West goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Wright stumbles back but West runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Wright to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Wright will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
