And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Liddell tries to clinch there but rademeyer circles away.
Oooh a lovely combination from Liddell sends rademeyer down but not out. Liddell dives into side control looking to finish.

It looks like mike rademeyer has been cut.

Liddell decides to stand up, so the ref orders rademeyer to his feet.
rademeyer is still on wobbly legs! Can Liddell finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circle momentarily. Liddell darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Liddell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. rademeyer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. rademeyer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

rademeyer gets to his feet. Liddell looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
rademeyer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Liddell pinned against the cage. Liddell gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Chuck Liddell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of mike rademeyer.
rademeyer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

and Liddell counters with a straight right hand.
Liddell misses with a few strikes there.
rademeyer is looking to clinch but Liddell is avoiding it.

Liddell throws a quick head kick that skims the top of rademeyer's head.
rademeyer is trying desperately to land a takedown but Liddell is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for rademeyer.

rademeyer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Liddell.

The crowd cheers as Liddell lands an impressive looking overhand right. rademeyer doesn't seem phased though.

mike rademeyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liddell tries to clinch up but rademeyer circles away and keeps his distance.
Liddell is looking to clinch but rademeyer is avoiding it.
Liddell lands a jab-cross combination.
Liddell steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from rademeyer. That one must have hurt.
Liddell avoids a kick to the body.
Liddell stuffs the takedown attempt from rademeyer. rademeyer gets slowly back to his feet.
A low kick from rademeyer is predictable there

and Liddell holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
rademeyer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Liddell pulls his leg out and moves away.
Liddell throws a head kick but rademeyer moves out of range.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A combination from Liddell does no damage.
Liddell wants to clinch up but rademeyer keeps it at a distance.
A nice combination there by Liddell.
Chuck Liddell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
rademeyer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Liddell counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. rademeyer is lucky that one didn't land flush.
rademeyer closes the distance and clinches up with Liddell, looking for a takedown. rademeyer pushes Liddell against the cage but Liddell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Liddell fails in his attempt to clinch.
rademeyer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Liddell throws an overhand right that has rademeyer reeling! Liddell follows up with a more punches and rademeyer is out cold! This one is all over!
