Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanes defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Higham.
Higham fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hanes, pushing him back against the cage.
Hanes misses with a punch to the body.
A head punch on the inside from Higham fails to land.
Good body shot from Hanes.
Higham has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hanes avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Higham drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hanes gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keith Higham. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hanes manages to break the clinch.

Higham shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hanes as he jumps to the side.
Hanes throws a jab when Higham was well out of range.

Hanes throws a right and a left that Higham avoids nicely.
Hanes misses with a few strikes there.
Hanes gets caught flat footed, as Higham shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Higham trying to control but Hanes is working from the bottom.
Higham postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Higham wants to control from the top but Hanes keeps moving.
Higham drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Higham jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hanes doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Hanes is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Higham defends well.
Higham working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Higham is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hanes looking to hit a scissor sweep but Higham is one step ahead there.
Higham keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hanes's head.
Hanes not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Higham is looking to work some ground and pound but Hanes has wrist control.
Higham trying to control but Hanes is working from the bottom.
Hanes throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Higham thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hanes doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Higham throwing strikes from guard but Hanes blocks nicely.
Hanes avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Higham trying to control the position from guard on top but Hanes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Hanes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Higham's guard.
Hanes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Higham. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Higham is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hanes defends well.

Hanes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Hanes has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Higham to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hanes is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Higham pulls down on the head and he's put Hanes to sleep! This one is all over!
