Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Stale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boom's entrance music is Fedor Entrance Song. A fine choice. Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Jack Stale has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Stale momentarily.
Boom moves out of range as Stale throws a body kick.
Boom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stale tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Stale tries a head kick but it misses.
Boom is breathing heavily.
Stale walks into a straight right hand from Boom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Stale throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Boom shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Stale as he jumps to the side.

Boom avoids the head kick by Stale.
Stale misses with a body shot
and Boom counters with a three punch combo that has Stale backing up. Stale nods at Boom to acknowledge the strikes.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Stale looks to land a body kick but Boom moved away.
Stale misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Stale gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Boom tries to free his leg and advance position but Stale is retaining full guard.
Boom trying to control but Stale is working from the bottom.
Boom pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stale is keeping the position for now.

Boom slips nicely into half guard.
Stale pushes Boom off looking to stand but Boom dives back in and keeps control.
Stale really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boom. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boom thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Stale's head.
Boom thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Boom has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Boom looking to control but Stale is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Boom looking to finish Stale with some ground and pound. This is bad for Stale!

Boom working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Stale turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Boom off and cradles Stale's limp body as Boom celebrates with his corner.
