Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Andrada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miguel Andrada is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Davidson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Miguel Andrada! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andrada lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Davidson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Andrada avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Davidson. Andrada is staying active underneath Davidson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Davidson is working for a submission of some sort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davidson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Andrada looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Andrada is staying active underneath Davidson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Davidson wants to stand but Andrada has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Davidson decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Andrada looks gassed! Andrada jumps guard but Davidson stands there with Andrada around his waist. Andrada gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Davidson pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Davidson tries for a takedown but Andrada manages to get underhooks.

Davidson is trying to control the action in half guard but Andrada is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Davidson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Davidson tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Andrada. Andrada is looking for a sweep. Davidson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Andrada gets full guard. Andrada is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Davidson working to try and regain half guard.
Davidson tries to lock up and control but Andrada gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Davidson is desperately trying to improve his position but Andrada has a good base and remains in mount. Andrada blocks Davidson's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Davidson tries to hold on but Andrada postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Davidson is in all sorts of trouble here.

You get the feeling that Davidson really doesn't like being in this position too much.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Andrada content just to control the position here. Andrada is in the full mount, landing strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Miguel Andrada showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Davidson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Andrada quickly recovers to half guard. Davidson seems to be looking for submissions.
Davidson is keen to just control but Andrada is a slippery customer. Andrada moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Andrada can't keep his opponent in guard - Davidson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Andrada trying to control but Davidson postures up.

Davidson wants to free his trapped foot but Andrada is holding on for dear life with his legs. Davidson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Andrada's head. Andrada is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Davidson is staying active. Davidson wants to control but Andrada is keeping him busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davidson in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Davidson is looking to take a break and control but Andrada is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Andrada can't do much from the bottom here. Andrada manages to get back to half guard. Davidson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Andrada defends it well. Andrada trying to control but Davidson postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Andrada is in trouble now - Davidson has advanced to mount! Davidson controlling from the full mount. Davidson looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Andrada just holding on. Davidson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Andrada tries to hold on but Davidson postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! Peter Davidson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Davidson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
