Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Karlberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard connects with a body shot that sends Karlberg's belly button to the back.
Karlberg scores with a nice strike.
Hard moves out of range of the strikes.
Karlberg swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Karlberg misses with an uppercut. Hard saw that one coming.
Hard tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Karlberg manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Karlberg jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hard lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hard tries to clinch but Karlberg moves out of range.
Karlberg connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Hard moves in looking to clinch but Karlberg pushes him off.
Karlberg circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hard swinging wildly here.
Karlberg misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hard.

Hard shoots in and gets a takedown into Karlberg's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hard working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Hard wants to get up but he can't break Karlberg's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hard trying to control but Karlberg is working from the bottom.
Hard is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hard has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ben Hard.
Hard tries to clinch but Karlberg is having none of it.

Karlberg steps into range and cracks Hard with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Hard flops backwards and Karlberg dives into his guard looking to finish!

Hard is rocked!
Karlberg in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Hard is still in real trouble! Can Karlberg finish him?
Karlberg keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hard's head.
Karlberg lands a couple of digs.

Karlberg postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hard is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Karlberg, into his guard.
Karlberg manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Karlberg is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Karlberg has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hard's face.
Hard takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Karlberg's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
