The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Licken fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Grant, pushing him back against the cage.
Grant avoids the elbow strike from Licken, against the cage.
Licken throws an elbow that misses.
Licken tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Grant has Licken pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Licken manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Grant changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Licken fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Licken tries to close the distance and clinch up but Grant swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The fight stays on the outside here - Licken looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Grant throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steve Licken seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Licken is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Licken stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Grant.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Licken moves in looking to clinch but Grant pushes him off.

Grant moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Oh Licken is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Licken is breathing heavily.
Licken shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Grant as he avoids it easily.
Licken seems to have got his legs back now.
Grant shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Licken takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Grant sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Licken bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
