Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ville Apila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose misses with a double jab.
Apila fails with the takedown.
Rose scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Rose thows a body shot but no joy.
Rose lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Rose tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Rose fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Apila has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Rose stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Apila has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rose finds it's way round the side to connect with Apila's head.
Jason Rose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rose connects with a crisp jab.
Rose bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Apila dodges the punch combination from Rose.

Rose throws a jab when Apila was well out of range.
Rose connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Rose will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Apila is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rose sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Rose is looking to regain half guard here but Apila keeps moving and retains side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

No joy there for Rose, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Rose fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Apila to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Apila looks to clinch but Rose throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Apila taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
