Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Romeo Platinov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar Romero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Romero has chosen T Pain & Hot Dollar - Who The Fuck Is That as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Platinov misses with a wild body shot.
Romero connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Romero throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Romero throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Platinov wants to clinch.
Romero throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Platinov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Platinov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Romero tries to move into range but Platinov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Romero shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Platinov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Platinov enables Romero to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Platinov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Platinov manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Romero manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Romero cracks Platinov with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
