Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth McGoldstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gavin Heckingstall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGoldstein is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Gavin Heckingstall has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kenneth McGoldstein's chin.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gavin Heckingstall! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heckingstall will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. McGoldstein is breathing heavily. Heckingstall tries to sprawl but McGoldstein drives through with a takedown into half guard. Heckingstall has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. McGoldstein is working away from the top position though. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Heckingstall has eaten all the pies! Heckingstall tries to kick McGoldstein off but McGoldstein keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Heckingstall trying to control from the bottom.
Heckingstall is holding on to half guard well.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Gavin Heckingstall wasn't active enough on the ground. Heckingstall fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McGoldstein, pushing him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGoldstein prevents the takedown attempt.
Heckingstall manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Heckingstall is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McGoldstein is controlling him. Heckingstall looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Heckingstall working for a triangle but McGoldstein defends it easily.
McGoldstein wants to control from the top but Heckingstall keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McGoldstein pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Heckingstall is keeping the position for now. McGoldstein preventing the sweep. Heckingstall looking for a guillotine here but McGoldstein defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. McGoldstein stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Heckingstall swivels though and keeps the full guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. McGoldstein won't allow Heckingstall to sweep him here. Heckingstall is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McGoldstein is controlling him. Heckingstall has his hands on McGoldstein's head, controlling the position. Heckingstall is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
We're going to have a standup here because Kenneth McGoldstein wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Heckingstall shoots in but McGoldstein avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kenneth McGoldstein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gavin Heckingstall. McGoldstein closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. McGoldstein wants to stand but Heckingstall has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. McGoldstein sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Heckingstall defending well though. Heckingstall missing with punches from the bottom.

Heckingstall shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. McGoldstein can't escape the position.
Heckingstall stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Heckingstall rushes McGoldstein and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. McGoldstein wants the takedown. Heckingstall is fighting it off but McGoldstein persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Heckingstall's guard against the cage. McGoldstein wants to control from the top but Heckingstall keeps moving. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Heckingstall looking to sweep here. No luck so far. McGoldstein trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

McGoldstein looking to sit in guard and control but Heckingstall gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Heckingstall stands up and waves to McGoldstein to follow him. Heckingstall gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Heckingstall fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Heckingstall jumps guard and drags McGoldstein to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Heckingstall lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McGoldstein! McGoldstein is trying to escape the mount.
McGoldstein tries to hold on but Heckingstall pushes him away. McGoldstein is squirming around, avoiding Heckingstall's attempts to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Heckingstall lands with some strikes. McGoldstein takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Heckingstall wants to control the pace but McGoldstein is squirming around nicely. Heckingstall is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Heckingstall with the ground and pound from mount. Heckingstall sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Heckingstall has control of McGoldstein's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and McGoldstein regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Gavin Heckingstall has got the better of the ground game so far. McGoldstein trying to control the position from guard on top but Heckingstall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gavin Heckingstall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Kenneth McGoldstein's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
McGoldstein tries to close the distance and clinch but Heckingstall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A left and a right from Heckingstall both land. Nice combination. Heckingstall shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Heckingstall slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. McGoldstein is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Heckingstall stands up from guard. Let's bang! Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Heckingstall takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Heckingstall has McGoldstein pressed against the cage, preventing McGoldstein from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Heckingstall manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Heckingstall looking to hit a scissor sweep but McGoldstein is one step ahead there. McGoldstein trying to control the position from guard on top but Heckingstall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. McGoldstein postures up.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. McGoldstein wants to sweep here but Heckingstall controlling him for the moment. OK we're going to have a standup here. Gavin Heckingstall hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. The fight stays on the outside here - Heckingstall looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. McGoldstein avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McGoldstein gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Heckingstall counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for McGoldstein! McGoldstein sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Heckingstall trying to control from McGoldstein's half guard. McGoldstein has other ideas though and has regained full guard. McGoldstein trying to control the position.
McGoldstein can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Heckingstall controls the pace.
And that's the end of the fight! Gavin Heckingstall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Heckingstall has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
